Extensions
This is a lovely double storey extension we did to create an extra bedroom, bathroom, garage and office space. We added a sleeper flower bed on the front and did some block paving repairs where the drive had previously sank. We also replaced all the soffits and fascias, then rendered the whole house to round off a beautiful job.
Kitchens
Here is an example of a small but complex extension with a new kitchen and sky lantern we did last year. Access was very tight on this one so we had to hand dig all the footings over 2 meters deep! Bringing the steels round added an extra challenge but nothing we couldn't handle to create this absolutely stunning space for our customer.
Bathrooms
This en suite was created by splitting one big bathroom into a family bathroom and en suite for the master bedroom. The tiles are supplied by porcelanosa and as you can see we have fitted these to our usual high standards.
Maintenance
Some repair work and roof maintenance on this beautiful old house in Nottingham's park estate. Both chimneys were leaking inside the property, so we stripped them right back and sealed all the brickwork under the render. We also carried out some roof repairs using a waterproof rubber membrane along with lead flashing on all of the parapet walls to prevent any further water ingress into the property.
